RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Thank you for choosing RetroChic LLC! We want you to be satisfied with your vintage menswear purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to provide you with a refund or replacement. Please read the following terms carefully to ensure a smooth refund or return process.
- Return Terms
To ensure a smooth return process, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
The product must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags and packaging.
All accessories, instructions, and gift boxes (if applicable) must be returned with the product. - Return Process
To return an item, please follow the steps below:
Contact Customer Service: Please contact our Customer Service team via email at dhurghamaljuboori@retrochiconline.com or call +1 (442) 410-4628 to inform us of your return request.
Get a Return Authorization: Customer Service will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and a return address.
Preparing a Return Package: Place the item, along with all original packaging and accessories, in a package and mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
Shipping: Use a trusted carrier to return the package, retaining tracking information for easy tracking.
- Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive a refund notification.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days of receiving the item. - Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your item, please return it following the return process above and specify the desired item in the notes section. We will process your exchange request and ship the replacement item as soon as it is ready. - Exclusions from Return Policy
No returns or refunds are available for the following:
Items not returned more than 30 days after receipt.
Specially customized or personalized items. - Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.
